Doppelganger

These two Royal Terns seemed to reflect each other in the light of the setting sun, even as they were reflected in the wet sands of Bowman's Beach on Sanibel Island. The picture seemed almost given when I spotted it for the viewfinder, although I had to wait for the right wave to create a reflecting surface in the foreground. This was one of those rare times when the conditions actually came into alignment before the birds moved. (To help make up for the thousand other times when conditions don't cooperate.)
